Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using texasserviceexperts.com or engaging Texas Service Experts for service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
Service area and availability
We serve the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Availability is subject to crew scheduling, weather, and access conditions. Same-week scheduling is typical but not guaranteed.
Quotes and pricing
All starting prices shown on this site are estimates. Final pricing depends on chimney condition, accessibility, materials, and any code issues identified during inspection. We provide a written, line-item quote before any work begins. You approve in writing before we lift a tool.
Workmanship warranty
We warrant our workmanship for 1 year from completion. If something we installed or repaired fails due to faulty workmanship, we'll come back at no charge. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through; we'll help you file claims.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule any inspection or job at no charge with 24+ hours notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a $49 trip-fee at our discretion.
Whole-Home Care Plan membership
The Whole-Home Care Plan is month-to-month at $19.99 (or $240/year). Cancel anytime with email notice — no contract, no cancellation fee. Member benefits begin within 30 days of signup.
Limitations of liability
We carry general liability and workers' comp insurance covering our work on your property. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues we did not work on, weather events, or third-party actions. Total liability under any single engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement.
Photography and documentation
We photograph our work for documentation, quality control, and warranty records. We may use anonymized photos (no personal identifying info or full address) in marketing. If you'd like to opt out of marketing-use, email us and we'll honor it.
Intellectual property
The site content, design, photographs, and copy are © Texas Service Experts unless otherwise marked. You're welcome to share links to our pages; please don't reproduce content without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas, unless otherwise agreed.

Binding arbitration & class-action waiver
Any dispute relating to this website or our services that we cannot resolve informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in the State of TX, rather than in court — except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court. You and Texas Service Experts waive any right to a jury trial and to bring or join a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first using our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Texas Service Experts harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your misuse of this website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another party's rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping, systematic data extraction, or automated harvesting of our content or listings; no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site; and no use of our name, trademarks, or content without written permission.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend access to the site at any time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
